REBEL BOARDS DOOEL SKOPJE as an owner, on renter’s request, should make a detailed presentation and instruction for the use of the SUP that is rented.

 

By signing this agreement, the renter confirms that:

 

1. Takes over the SUP and accessories (paddle, pump, leash, fin and backpack) from REBEL BOARDS DOOEL SKOPJE in clean and in good condition. The agreed rental price is paid in advance. For the duration of the rental period, the renter leaves a deposit of 200 €, which will be returned after it is determined that the SUP has been returned in good condition, without any damage.

 

2. Will return the SUP and accessories at the expiration date of the rental period, no later than 20:00 and will wait for REBEL BOARDS DOOEL SKOPJE to determine if the SUP is in clean and good condition. If damage is done, the renter agrees to compensate at a price of:

 

- unglued (detached) parts up to 5 cm, due to over-inflating above 15psi (1 bar) – 5€

- unglued (detached) parts 5 -15 cm, due to over-inflating above 15psi (1 bar) – 10€

- unglued (detached) parts up to 15 – 30 cm, due to over-inflating above 15psi (1 bar) – 20€

- punctures on top or underside of the SUP – 8€ each

- damaged, but repairable valve - 10€

- heavily dirt SUP (with mud, dust, algaes or other dirt) -10€

- permanently cosmetically damaged SUP (from oil, paint, chemical solvent ...) – 50€

- lost, stolen, broken or partially broken paddle – 40€

- lost, stolen or broken fin – 17€

- lost, stolen or damaged leash – 25€

- lost, stolen or damaged backpack – 45€

- lost, stolen, broken or unfunctional hand pump – 40€

- lost, stolen, broken or unfunctional electric pump – 100€

- lost, stolen or un-repairable SUP (a lot of punctures, large unglued parts, un-repairable valve,

  hot sun exposure deformations…) – 300€ for Spark and Flow, 400€ for Prime and Sonic.

 

3. Accepts full responsibility and is fully familiar with the "safety warnings" described on the second page of this agreement.

 

4. Will not abuse or misuse the SUP with:

 

- towing (skiing) by motor boats, 

- paddling (rowing) on big waves, 

- paddling  (rowing) in shallow water (breaking the fin and scratching the underside of the SUP),

- paddling  (rowing) in fast rivers,

- over-inflating above 15psi / 1bar (causes peeling of the glued parts),

- exposure to very hot sun for a longer period (causes un-repairable deformations).

 

5. Will pay additional 20€ for each day of late return of the SUP, after the expiration of the rental period.

 

 

SAFETY WARNINGS !!!

 

Failure to follow these warnings and precautions below may lead to serious injury !!!

 

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE: 

За FLOW – 1 or 2 person at a time with total weight 140 kg.

За SPARK – 1 person at a time. It's dangerous to have more people on this SUP at a time.

За PRIME - 1 or 2 person at a time with total weight 160 kg.

 

DO NOT EXCEED YOUR PHYSICAL ABILITY: Determine how long you are able to paddle or swim before using your paddle board.

 

ALWAYS PADDLE WITH OTHERS: Avoid Paddling alone.

 

ALWAYS WEAR A LEASH: Prevents you from becoming separated from your board in case you fall.

 

FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE BODY OF WATER WHERE YOU PLAN ON USING YOUR PADDLE BOARD: Check for any known hazardous areas, hours of operation, and where the nearest help can be reached in case of emergency.

 

DON’T USE YOUR PADDLE BOARD IN SEVERE WEATHER OR IN STRONG WINDY CONDITIONS.

 

SLIP HAZARD: Hull materials may become slippery when wet. Always wear slip resistant footwear.

 

HYPOTHERMIA CAN CAUSE DEATH: It can occur even in relatively warm water. Survival time decreases dramatically as watertemperature drops. Wear a wetsuit when necessary.

 

ALWAYS WEAR A LIFE JACKET OR OTHER FLOTATION DEVICE.

 

NEVER USE THIS PADDLE BOARD AFTER SUNSET: Always carry a waterproof flash light in case you are caught in the water afterdark to warn other boaters of your presence.

 

INFORM OTHERS OF YOUR PADDLING PLANS: Where you plan to go and how long you plan to be gone.

 

KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.

 

DO NOT CONSUME ALCOHOL OR DRUGS THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR ABILITY TO SAFELY OPERATE THIS PADDLE BOARD.

 

AVOID RIDING YOUR BOARD THROUGH SHALLOW WATER: Fins may strike submerged objects causing damage to the fins and/or fin boxes which is not covered by warranty.

 

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PADDLE FLOATING ON THE WATER MORE THAN 10 MINUTES: It can sink, because consumes the water slowly.

 

DO NOT PADDLE IN MODERATE OR HIGH WAVES: Falling in water can lead to serious injuries and damaging your board.

 

WHEN DEFLATING YOUR BOARD - KEEP YOUR FACE AWAY FROM THE VALVE as the air will escape rapidly and could causeharm.
